Our team develops software functions for electrical drive systems, all wheel drive systems. You can take part on the complete product development lifecycle starting from concept phase to first implementation on system level until complete vehicle tests together with the customer. Communicate with customer to understand and align functional requirements, product specifications and required deliverables Impact analysis, requirement elicitation/translation and software architecture design Develop and validate control strategies for electric powertrain components Support component and/or vehicle tests Create technical presentations for internal discussions, management reporting and customer meetings Ability to manage tough situations within an interdisciplinary and multicultural team Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by all Health, Safety and housekeeping rules and regulations. Participate in hazard identification and environmental factor analysis.
